Advanced Technology Services seeks an Inventory and Purchasing Clerk to manage inventory integrity and ensure timely restocking. You will coordinate with technicians, handle repairs for stock, and support procurement activities while maintaining budget targets.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent and strong math, communication, and organizational skills to resolve discrepancies and drive efficiency in a factory environment.

Qualifications

• A.A. or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; perform basic math.
• Deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inventory integrity and restocking.
• Processes repairs for stock and delivers parts to technicians.
• Controls materials within department budget and analyzes records.
• Processes requisitions and tracks orders, expediting late material as needed.
• Maintains cross-reference system and tracks nonconforming parts.
• Supports managers to ensure budget adherence and problem resolution.
