Job summary

Eckerd Connects in Chicago, IL is seeking a Property Clerk under the Service Contract Act to manage property and inventory control, ensuring accuracy and proper distribution of center equipment and supplies.

This role requires a high school diploma and prior experience in property/inventory control; a valid Illinois driver's license is preferred, and all applicants must pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in property/inventory control preferred.
• Valid State driver's license in the state of employment preferred.
• Must pass a drug screen per workplace policy.
• Nationwide criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of property/inventory control functions.
• Ensure center equipment and supplies are ordered, received, and distributed.
• Post and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory records and documents per regulations.
• Disposal of excess materials per the Property Handbook.
• Monitor procurement of supplies for GSA, store, and vendors.
• Monitor records of physical location of all center property.
