Job summary

Qualifications

• Education above high school may substitute for experience per policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting and reporting system for accountable and non-accountable property/equipment.
• Prepare requisitions/orders and resolve delivery/lead time issues.
• Manage and distribute equipment; prepare documentation for items delivered to DLA.
• Ensure clerical accuracy and conformance to regulations in source documents and invoices.
• Physical exertion may be required during inventories (standing, bending, stooping, etc.).
