Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of responsibilities in support of Program Office property management. Perform those responsibilities in a manner that maintains positive and constructive relations with associated parties.
• Responsible for the maintenance of records and issuance of required reports concerning government and customer-owned property from its receipt at the company to its final disposition after contract completion or termination.
• Maintain auditable records of government-owned property located at the facility and associated vendor/subcontractor facilities. Ensure that the records include authority to have the property and an audit trail of receipt, inspection, cost, classification, periodic inventory, maintenance, and final disposition.
• Reviews vendor/subcontractor’s control of government property in coordination with the Purchasing and Subcontracts Departments.
• Administers property control program activities to ensure accountability of property. Prepares and maintains property accountability records. Conducts property inventories. Provides guidance on policy and/or regulations pertaining to property accountability.
