Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Profile Analyst for our Olive Branch, MS distribution center. You will manage profiles for all retail and DTC SKUs housed in OB1 and collaborate with Brands, QA, and other teams to ensure accurate inventory maintenance.

The role requires forklift certification with Order Picker and Swing Reach, proficiency in Excel, PKMS, RF Scanners, and AS400, and a focus on safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year forklift driving experience with Order Picker (OP) and Swing Reach (SW).
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Have working knowledge of Excel, PKMS, RF Scanner, and AS400.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Able to read and match numbers and have knowledge of basic math (addition, subtraction, and multiplication).
• Able to solve problems and develop root cause through investigation and analysis.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manage profiles of all retail and DTC SKUs in Olive Branch OB1.
• Communicate with Brands, QA, and other teams to ensure proper maintenance of inventory.
• Own respective portions of the Profiling Operation and manage related projects.
• Operate Raymond Brand Forklifts per certification to support daily tasks.
• Assess SKU velocity to ensure adequate capacity for holiday and seasonal product.
• Monitor low velocity SKUs not occupying primary pick locations.
