Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Forklift Driver – Pre-Pack to stock put-aways, pull from reserve, and stock MODs. You will also handle pallets and contribute to fast, accurate order fulfillment on the shipping mezzanine.

The role requires at least 1 year of forklift experience with OP and RT, a high school diploma, and the ability to work overtime and varied shifts in an on-site facility. A strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year forklift driving experience with an Order Picker (OP) and Reach Truck (RT).
• This is an onsite and in-office role.
• Ability to read and match numbers to ensure accuracy when completing orders.
• Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully.
• Availability to work overtime as required.
• Flexibility to work alternate schedules during peak season and other high‑volume times.
• Availability to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focusing on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Performing other warehouse duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock put-aways and Pull from Reserve (PFR).
• Pick from Modules (MODs) and stocking in the Split Case Modules.
• Stock multi-high-volume orders on the shipping mezzanine.
• Pick from reserves and/or MODs and process A-Batches and Put-Aways.
• Use PKMS handheld to scan and locate functions.
• Maintain safe and efficient warehouse operations.
