Job summary

Radwell International LLC is seeking an Inventory & Production Operations Specialist to support inventory accuracy, material readiness, and efficient production and repair workflows at our Willingboro, NJ facility.

The role collaborates with Inventory, Production, Service Writing, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure materials are available when needed and customer commitments are met, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule and on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong inventory control and workflow awareness.
• Experience with inventory, production support, or operations preferred.
• Electronics or industrial product knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity across production, repair areas.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor production queues and ensure materials are available to keep jobs on schedule.
• Pick, kit, and dispense repair components for activities.
• Identify shortages and risks before they impact production.
• Collaborate with Service Writing and Production teams for efficient repair execution.
