Job summary

Flair Flexible Packaging Corp (Wash) seeks a Warehouse/Production Coordinator to manage inventory placement, monitor stock levels, and oversee shipping and receiving activities.

The role provides production with materials, receives finished goods into warehouse, and ensures paperwork accuracy and safety compliance; teamwork is essential. Hours vary with customer needs and may include non-traditional shifts and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred; standing/sit-down/reach forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience with pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment preferred.
• Strong command of English (reading/writing).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, shipping, and inventory placement in the warehouse.
• Provide materials for production and receive finished goods.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and data in company software.
• Support safety compliance and keep the warehouse clean.
• Assist Production department as needed.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Operate scanners and basic warehouse equipment.
• Load/unload pallets and prepare shipments.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing schedules.
