Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of purchasing, procurement, buying, or supply-chain experience.
• Onsite and shopfloor presence is required and encouraged.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using an ERP or purchasing/inventory management system.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes, inventory management, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee inventory control
• Ensure preflight inventory is onsite prior to production.
• Collect required information from sales, project management, customers, and acquiring costs from suppliers. Identify and present possible cost savings.
• Conduct contract review, follow-up with project managers on received jobs.
• Complete purchase order reviews, and aid in resolving any conflicts.
• Complete allocations of payroll and job time in ERP.
• Book transportation traffic coordination incoming and outgoing
• Any other duties as required by management
