Job summary

The Home Depot in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Manager Inventory Planning & Replenishment to lead a team responsible for strategic inventory initiatives across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. You will oversee replenishment at store and distribution center levels, drive common processes, and monitor turns, in-stock, and fill rate.

You will conduct flow analysis, balance stock, generate orders, and collaborate with Merchandising, Distribution, and Finance to inform executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven Leadership skills, working understanding of retail forecasting principles and systems clear understanding of inventory replenishment strategies.
• Highly analytical, with experience in process improvement.
• Previous work experience in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Merchandising (retail experience valued).
• Candidate must have demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to quickly retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data.
• Statistics / Mathematics / Quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drives replenishment strategy for departments and owns implementation.
• Manages field feedback and communication.
• Interacts with Merchandising leadership to drive business reviews and inventory insight.
