Job summary

CREO Group is seeking a Commercial Sales Analyst in Atlanta, GA to manage inventory planning and replenishment for The Home Depot, ensuring a 98% fill-rate across departments. You will partner with the Sales Account Manager and internal teams, aligning supply with demand through data-driven analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years of planning experience, with strong Excel and planning systems skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years in inventory planning, replenishment, demand planning, or retail analytics preferred.
• Experience with major retailers or high-volume accounts is desirable; Home Depot experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and planning systems; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for Home Depot inventory planning and replenishment across departments.
• Lead weekly inventory and replenishment meetings; prepare analysis and document decisions.
• Communicate inventory availability, shortages, and recovery timing to stakeholders daily.
• Manage account-level inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment using forecasts and POS data.
• Monitor sales, orders, inventory, and service metrics; investigate exceptions and gaps.
• Identify inventory risks and recommend corrective actions; accelerate material issues as needed.
• Develop inventory plans for promotions, launches, and seasonal programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Finance to align demand with supply.
• Maintain relationships with Home Depot merchants and planners; ensure clear communication.
• Create dashboards and reports translating account data into actionable insights.
• Validate data integrity across customer portals and planning tools; resolve discrepancies.
• Explore improvements to planning processes and automation.
