Job summary

Orgill, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to optimize multi-echelon distribution, balancing cost, capacity, and service levels across the flow of merchandise.

You will collaborate with planning, merchandising, pricing, inventory management, sourcing, and logistics to plan merchandise flow and channel management. A 2–3 year experience in supply chain or merchandising is expected with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in supply chain or merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverages supply chain models to evaluate best flow pathing through distribution vs customer direct and incoterms.
• Identifies opportunities to improve total landed cost, inventory flow, service level, and profitability.
• Implement cost reduction and continuous improvements throughout end-to-end value chain.
• Models forward distribution capacities and product stocking approvals.
• Collaborates with vendor partners on efficiencies, cost reductions, and performance management.
• Provides strategic and tactical recommendations to senior management during reviews.
