Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a HUB Inventory Planner for our San Antonio, TX branch. You will manage daily inventory planning, forecast needs, reconcile orders, and generate daily reports for all branch locations in the Texas-Austin/West Texas region.

The role requires 2–5 years of materials management or inventory planning experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong data analysis skills. HVAC experience is desirable and SAP/WMS familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years materials management, supply chain, or inventory planning in distribution/warehouse.
• HVAC experience is desirable.
• Experience with SAP/WMS and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory planning for multiple branch locations within the Texas-Austin/West Texas region.
• Forecast product needs and ensure accurate allocations of inventory.
• Reconcile daily production orders and report key metrics.
• Contact customers and generate daily/periodic reports.

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our HUB Inventory Planner position for our branch operations group located at our San Antonio, TX branch. The Inventory Planner manages the daily activity of Inventory Planning for all branch locations supporting the Texas-Austin/West Texas Region. This includes ensuring accurate allocations of product, forecasting for product needed, reconciling daily production orders, contacting customers, and required daily reporting.
