Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Assistant Planner to drive inventory forecasting, allocation, and replenishment across core and newness launches. You’ll partner with Planning Managers and brands to optimize stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and support performance analyses.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong Excel skills, and experience in inventory planning or merchandising within a fast-paced retail environment. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory planning and/or merchandising.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review in-stocks to maintain healthy positions for core and newness.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with brands on ETA for back in stock.
• Track POs and ensure timely inventory receipt at Canadian DCs and stores.
• Set up newness in Blue Yonder (JDA) for inventory accuracy.
• Analyze performance and seasonality to adjust forecasts and stock levels.
• Generate weekly stock and replenishment reports for leadership.
