Job summary

Beautylish is seeking an Assistant Inventory Planner to focus on the Good Molecules brand. You will report to the Inventory Planner and collaborate to ensure in-stock inventory across retail and wholesale channels.

The role requires accuracy, proactive communication, and ownership of end-to-end processes. The position is hybrid with 2 days/week at the San Francisco office and occasional visits to Walnut Creek.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience in retail/ecommerce inventory management or merchandising.
• Strong competency in Excel/GoogleSheets; NetSuite a plus.
• Process-oriented and organized with ability to manage high volumes of information.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Planning: use data to monitor trends, performance, and inventory health.
• Inventory Allocations: monitor inventory across warehouses and channels; conduct weekly transfers.
• Purchase Order Management: generate POs in NetSuite; track status and updates.
• Production Planning: track production schedules for packaging, artwork, samples; participate in weekly calls.
• Reporting & Analysis: create reports/dashboards for weekly sales, inventory health, and shipment status.
