Coke Florida is seeking an Inventory Planner based in Orlando, working 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role includes traveling weekly between two Orlando warehouse facilities.

You will maintain inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure timely deliveries while using SAP and Excel to track orders and resolve issues. You will expedite shortages and issue purchase orders as required to keep production on track.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of planning experience.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• ERP experience preferred (SAP) and strong Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Review material shortages and production schedules and expedite as needed.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders according to policies.
• Confirm purchase orders with vendors including delivery date and quantity.
• Track and expedit e purchase orders with vendors and logistics teams.
• Ensure SAP setup is accurate with third-party information.
• Facilitate raw material deliveries and resolve delivery issues with teams.
• Meet project deadlines and keep stakeholders informed.
• Monitor supply issues and communicate them to the planner to avoid lost time.
