Job summary

Coke Florida is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant in Orlando to support daily inventory reconciliation and warehouse accuracy. The role operates a midnight shift (12:00AM–8:30AM), Sunday through Thursday, focusing on counts, variances, and SAP reconciliation.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience, plus strong MS Excel and math skills. Forklift certification is a plus.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Inventory Control Assistant, you will be responsible for daily warehouse inventory reconciliation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation on a daily basis
• Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, manually or using a handheld scanner
• Research and reconcile daily inventory variances
• Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system
• Identify and report close dated product

For this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year warehouse/inventory experience
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Strong math skills
• Ability to read and follow directions
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:

• Associate's degree preferred
• Prior auditing experience preferred
• Forklift certification is preferred
