Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Associate to support inventory accuracy and front-end operations across the store and pharmacy. You will assist with receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planograms while upholding asset protection and accurate on-hand balances.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, and model service excellence to ensure a positive shopping experience. This role requires flexibility for opening/closing duties and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens or one year of retail experience is required.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for both front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection measures and process related claims.
• Assist in opening/closing the store when needed and ensure cash handling readiness.
