Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and execute.
• Experience identifying operational issues and suggesting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns; ensure planograms are accurate.
• Review reports and systems affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform front end and pharmacy asset protection tasks and handle related claims for overages/shortages.
• Open/close the store in absence of management, handle cash and POS duties as required.
• Coordinate warehouse deliveries, One Box receiving, and vendor order accuracy.
• Verify pharmacy shipments and postings; manage recalls, vendor returns, and shelf counts.
