Job summary

Walgreens in Cary, NC is seeking an Inventory Associate to execute and improve store and pharmacy inventory processes. You will engage in receiving, counting, pricing, returns and planogram accuracy while supporting front-end and pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of retail work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering and returns.
• Ensure accuracy of planograms and on-hand balances.
• Open/close store when designated, with cash handling and POS duties.
• Engage customers and deliver a positive service experience.
• Lead on-duty communications and coaching for team members.
