Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store, front end, and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Validate planograms and ensure on-shelf availability.
• Open/close the store in designated stores, including cash handling.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Model customer service best practices for the team.
• Coordinate warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including receiving orders.
• Scan deliveries in-store, verify orders, and communicate with vendors.
• Verify pharmacy shipments postings and reconcile orders.
• Complete On-Shelf Availability end-to-end for planogrammed departments.
• Handle pricing changes, signage, and regulatory pricing tasks.
• Support ordering for front end and pharmacy; maintain inventory records.
• Assist in inventory day preparations and audits.
• Maintain clean, merchandised counters and shelves.
• Coordinate package delivery and pickup programs.
• Register sales on POS as leader on duty and handle refunds.
• Adhere to company policies and perform additional tasks as assigned.
