Job summary

Walgreens in North Carolina is seeking an Inventory & Customer Experience Associate to execute and monitor store inventory processes across front end and pharmacy. Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Achieving expectations rating on last performance review and no written disciplinary actions in the previous 12 months (internal candidates only).
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending strategies to resolve problems.
• Preferred qualifications: shift lead, pharmacy technician, designated hitter, or customer service associate.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and system applications to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Handle warehouse/vendor inventory processes, pricing, returns, and stock control.
• Open/close store duties including cash handling and POS responsibilities.
• Maintain On-Shelf Availability and pharmacy inventory postings.
