Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to manage inventory and front-end and pharmacy processes in Golden Valley. You will support receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, and returns, ensuring On-Shelf Availability and accurate planograms while assisting customers and maintaining store operations.

The role involves stocking, price changes, and helping with vendor and pharmacy shipments under pharmacist supervision, with a focus on accurate inventory and service quality.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience (internal) or one year of prior retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Champion On-Shelf Availability and manage planograms, receiving, counting, pricing, and returns.
• Review reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Open/close store in absence of management where required and handle cash responsibilities.
• Engage customers, greet, and assist with products/services to deliver a positive experience.
