Walgreens in Hamden, CT is seeking a store team member focused on inventory integrity and front-end/pharmacy collaboration. You will oversee receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy to ensure On-Shelf Availability.

The role includes reviewing reports that impact on-hand balances and pricing, and participating in pricing changes and daily operations. This position requires fluent English, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending solutions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prior Walgreens experience or retail experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage store inventory, including front end and pharmacy, with receiving, counting, ordering, pricing and returns.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accuracy of stock balances and pricing.
• Protect assets and manage shortages, overages, order errors or damaged goods in collaboration with pharmacy leadership.
• Open or close the store as needed, including cash handling and cashier duties.
• Coach team on inventory processes, planograms and daily inventory activities.
