Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a detail-oriented inventory and operations associate to support both front end and pharmacy inventory, pricing, and returns. The role involves coordinating shipments, validating planograms, and ensuring accuracy across multiple store systems.

Qualifications

Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of prior retail work experience.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

Executes, monitors, and trains inventory best practices and procedures for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
Supports pharmacy inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
Maintains on-hand counts and planograms accuracy across both front end and pharmacy.
Opens/closes store in absence of management, with cash handling responsibilities.
Engages customers and delivers a positive experience; resolves issues during on-duty leadership.
