Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens or retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices and SOPs for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection, and file claims for overages/shortages/damages.
• Open and close the store in the absence of management in designated stores, with cash handling duties.
• Greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including receiving orders.
• Scan deliveries in-store, manage One Box receiving, and coordinate vendor communications.
• Verify pharmacy shipments postings and conduct tote audits and recalls as needed.
• Complete On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes for planogrammed departments and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure compliance with regulations.
