Job summary

Walgreens in Tampa, FL is seeking a Retail Inventory & Operations Associate to manage inventory across front end and pharmacy. You will execute receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, and planograms, while ensuring on-hand accuracy and asset protection.

You will engage customers, lead on duty when required, and support store operations including opening/closing and POS tasks. Prior Walgreens or retail experience is preferred; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and proposing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and system applications to ensure on-hand balances and pricing accuracy.
• Execute front end and pharmacy asset protection, and manage returns and shortages.
• Open/close the store in the absence of management and handle cash and POS duties as needed.
• Engage customers and resolve issues to deliver a positive customer experience.
