Job summary

Walgreens in Baltimore is seeking an Inventory and Operations Associate to execute, monitor, and train on inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy. You will support receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, and returns, and ensure planograms accuracy.

You will engage customers, coach team on stock availability, perform store system tasks, price changes, and assist with warehousing and vendor deliveries while maintaining compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executes, monitors, and trains inventory best practices for store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Supports pharmacy inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Champions On-Shelf Availability and validates planograms.
• Reviews and coordinates proper use of reports to ensure on-hand balances and pricing accuracy.
• Executes front end and pharmacy asset protection, filing claims for overages and shortages.
