• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and execute.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the store, including pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Manage front end and pharmacy asset protection; file claims for overages/shortages/damaged goods.
• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle cash-related duties.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory management, including receiving orders.
• Ensure On-Shelf Availability end-to-end for planogrammed departments and vendor returns.
