Job summary

Walgreens in Missouri is seeking an Inventory and Operations Associate to execute inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy, while supporting asset protection and pricing tasks. You will help receive, count, price, and return goods, ensuring planograms are accurate and shelves stay stocked.

The role includes scanning deliveries, managing vendor orders, supervising the on-hand balance, and assisting with opening/closing duties where assigned.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience (external candidates).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Executes and coaches team on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans in all deliveries while the vendor is in the store and manages One Box receiving.
• Verifies pharmacy shipments posted for products received and reports shortages or damaged product.
• Completes On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes for planogrammed departments and cash handling.
