Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store inventory leader to execute and monitor inventory best practices across both front end and pharmacy. You will support receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy while ensuring on-shelf availability and price integrity.

The role includes reviewing reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing, plus maintaining asset protection and processing claims for shortages, overages, and damaged goods.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of retail experience (external candidates).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Achieving expectations rating on last performance review (internal candidates only).
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the full store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate reports and systems affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection, including processing shortages, overages, and damaged goods.
