Job summary

TCR International in Boston, MA is seeking a Stock Keeper to support workshop operations by receiving, storing, organizing, issuing, and tracking parts and materials. You will ensure accurate records and timely movement of inventory within the store and workshop.

You will work closely with the Purchaser, Service Manager, and workshop teams to maintain inventory accuracy, prepare parts kits, and post transactions in SAP and FSM, while following safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory, receiving, and transaction records.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control practices.
• Ability to use SAP, FSM, barcode systems, and inventory tools to complete transactions.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts or material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts, materials, tires, and consumables with validation.
• Complete goods receipting, inventory transactions, transfers, and postings in SAP/FSM.
• Pick, pack, stage, and dispatch parts transfers between ports.
• Build maintenance parts kits and post to work orders.
• Operate forklifts and move materials safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe parts store and organize locations.
• Report stock discrepancies and safety concerns to supervisors.
