Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support factory operations in the United States. The role includes overseeing inventory integrity, restocking items, and processing repairs for stock while delivering parts to technicians.

You will maintain inventory records, coordinate with managers to stay within budget, and help resolve discrepancies during semi-annual physical inventories. Prioritizes accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced factory setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the integrity of inventory and restocking of items in inventory.
• Processes repairs for stock; puts away stock; timestamps repair parts; pulls parts; delivers component parts to technicians for repairs.
• Maintains cross-reference system for optimal usage; tracks and updates nonconforming parts.
• Works closely with department managers/supervisors to assure areas stay within budget.
• Oversees the follow-up of past due orders and performs activities to reduce POE and invoice grief.
