Job summary

Kiva Confections, operating through Kiva Sales & Service, seeks an Order Fulfillment Specialist in California to maintain inventory, prepare shipments, and log incoming goods in a fast-paced warehouse. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and timely processing within a vibrant team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
• Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required (Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle requirements to use forklift)

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes to ensure accuracy
• Prepares finished goods for shipment by pulling, packing, and palletizing
• Receive and log incoming items
• Unload delivery trucks and verify PO match for inbound deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Operate a pallet jack and forklift
• Coordinate and track movement of goods through METRC
