Job summary

Kiva Sales & Service (KSS) is the California distribution arm behind Kiva Confections, focused on fast-paced fulfillment and top-tier customer service for retail accounts. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll pull inventory to fulfill orders, manage incoming goods, and support a busy warehouse team.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong math skills, able to adapt to changing priorities, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules.
• Ability to perform basic math including fractions, percentages, and ratios.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory processes to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment by pulling, packing, and palletizing.
• Receive and log incoming items.
• Unload delivery trucks and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift safely.
• Track movement of goods through METRC.
