Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) is the distribution arm of the Kiva Confections brand. We provide sales and service support for the Kiva Confections brand and other premium cannabis brands in California, with a fast-paced, growing environment.

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will pull inventory to fulfill account orders. This role requires detail orientation, math proficiency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in order fulfillment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication essential.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions and safety rules.
• Basic arithmetic with fractions/percentages.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required (must meet vehicle requirements).

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory in Encompass to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment by pulling, packing, and palletizing.
• Receive and log incoming items.
• Unload delivery trucks and verify against purchase orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift.
• Coordinate and track movement of goods through METRC.
