Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture in Rialto, CA seeks a Warehouse Specialist to support inventory accuracy and logistics operations. You will validate items against driver manifests, coordinate with the DRT team, and use RF equipment while adhering to OSHA safety standards. This role requires 2–4 years warehouse experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–4 years warehouse experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of inventory control and order accuracy.
• Able to operate radio frequency equipment.
• Attention to safety and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Walk doors to validate inventory against driver manifest and ensure transfer picking accuracy.
• Answer and troubleshoot calls on the 1799 line.
• Assist stores, customer service, and DRT with transfer questions and re-committing items.
• Research inventory discrepancies for dock and transfers.
• Send picks to assigned pickers to replace missing or damaged items.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control to resolve issues.
• Unlock driver dock doors after validation and sign-off.
• Push out damages, extras, or overloads to end caps.
• Label and rewrap items for end caps.
• Email regarding missing/damaged items or load-out issues.
• Communicate with stores regarding items not in location (NIL).
• Conduct dock checks, picking, and workload management for outbound.
• Operate RF equipment.
• Comply with OSHA standards and promote safety.
• Maintain clean warehouse floors and meet productivity standards.
