Job summary

Gildan is seeking a Warehouse/Distribution Center Order Support Clerk III (Stock Specialist‑Sortation) for 1st shift. You will verify manifests, receive and sort cases, locate missing or damaged items, reprint labels, and ensure accurate inventory.

You will work to reconcile cartons, apply correct labels, and assist with ASRS cases as needed. The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and teamwork, with opportunities to develop within a publicly traded apparel company and

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
Experience using PKMS and retrieval of inventory to complete waves and loads.

Responsibilities

Verify manifest completion and locate missing cases.
Receive, separate, and locate odds for storage.
Handle damaged cases and report inventory adjustments.
Reprint case labels and apply to cases.
Research unmanifested cases and add to the manifest.
Manually receive cases without sorter lane destination and palletize for storage.
Maintain housekeeping and organization of the work area.
Reconcile carton status and take corrective steps.
Resolve shipping label mismatches and apply correct labels.
Investigate ASRS cases without shipping labels and assign proper handling.
Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.
