Job summary

Gildan is seeking a 2nd Shift Department Order Specialist to support inventory accuracy at the Distribution Center. You will work closely with daily operations and inventory associates to improve flow and accuracy using the WM system.

The role requires knowledge of inventory controls, cross-department collaboration, and the ability to adjust stock in Reserve, Active Case Pick, and Transitional areas. Strong communication and prior WM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory flow within a Distribution Center.
• Experience with WM systems and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work across departments and adjust inventory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Support overall inventory accuracy in the Distribution Center.
• Assist daily operations, cycle counters and inventory staff.
• Utilize WM to manage Reserve, Active Case Pick, and Transitional inventory.
• Assist Inventory Accuracy leadership with assessments and adjustments.
