Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience in retail supply and inventory management.
• Experience with order fulfillment and distribution system applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored customer support and maintain customer data.
• Review daily backorder status and escalate as needed.
• Process order cancellations and provide status updates.
• Investigate and coordinate releases of Sales Orders.
• Apply expedite policy within supply chains and emergency issuance processes.
• Identify alternative sources of supply for long lead times.
• Review performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Prepare briefing materials and write detailed reports on assignments.
• Coordinate with storage and distribution to resolve discrepancies.
