Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor backorder status and help resolve actions not meeting customer requirements.
• Investigate, coordinate, and release Sales Orders to maintain flow in automated systems.
• Apply DLA expedite policy to speed actions within supply chains.
• Track Stock Transfer Orders to backorders and rebalance delinquent contracts.
• Coordinate with service representatives to identify alternative supply sources.
• Collect, evaluate, and summarize performance data for program goals.
• Lead forums and meetings to share ideas and improve operations.
• Provide a single face to customers for orders and product access information.
