Job summary

Goodwill-Easter-Seals-Miami-Valley-3 is seeking a team member to assist the Retail Operations Department in the New Goods/Supplies area. You will receive and fulfill orders, communicate shortages, coordinate shipments, and ensure items are organized and accessible across locations.

This role requires computer literacy, the ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift, and a flexible schedule to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check and random drug screens.
• Candidate must be computer literate and skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill all incoming orders for new goods and supplies weekly.
• Communicate with stores on inventory shortages.
• Coordinate shipment receiving's with transportation.
• Distribute product to assigned locations.
• Keep product organized and accessible at all times.
• Update product inventory using the CounterPoint program.
• Order supplies for retail store operations.
• Perform duties as assigned by Manager, Assistant or Supervisor.
• Provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Comply with agency policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
