Job summary

Goodwill-Easter-Seals-Miami-Valley-3 is seeking a Retail E-Commerce Associate to assist in the operation of the Retail E-Commerce Department. The role involves sorting, photographing, listing, inventorying, packaging, and shipping items to maximize online sales.

You will provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and comply with agency policies and safety standards. The position may include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree preferred but not required.
• Must be skilled with Windows PC and Internet knowledge.
• Must be able to use a pallet jack.
• Must pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Perform various duties to maximize online sales in all ecommerce departments (sorting, photographing, listing, inventorying, packaging, shipping).
• Provide excellent customer service internally and externally at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Comply with Agency policies, procedures and safety standards to meet regulatory requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
