Job summary

Lionstone International in Norwalk, CT is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join a hybrid full-time role. You will manage inventory accuracy across three warehouses nationwide, working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure products are in the right place at the right time.

You will analyze stock trends, drive process improvements, and support service level goals to enhance availability and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; higher education a plus.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems or databases is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock transactions (failed/volume/cost).
• Identify shortages and resolve issues to minimize impact to customers.
• Run daily reports and process orders to ensure no breaks in supply.
• Communicate packing tasks to the inventory team and coordinate with warehouses.
• Monitor inventory health to minimize obsolescence and improve accuracy.
