Qualifications

• Experience in inventory coordination or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to generate and review inventory, receiving, open order, and quality reports.

Responsibilities

• Offer superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process bulk orders daily or as needed.
• Manage back orders by running open orders reports.
• Process error reports as necessary.
• Proactively follow up on bulk orders to meet customer requirements.
