Pharmco, based in Orlando, FL, is seeking an Inventory Analyst to manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accuracy across supply chain operations. The ideal candidate has a pharmacy-related license or credential, a degree in a related field, and 2+ years of experience with ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician license or eligibility within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of inventory management or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or NetSuite and Excel.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with internal and external teams.
• Experience with data analysis and forecasting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain inventory reports and track stock levels.
• Forecast demand based on historical data and trends.
• Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and warehouse teams.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Set and monitor inventory KPIs such as stock accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers and manage lead times.
• Support audits and cycle counting to maintain data integrity.
• Utilize IMS and ERP software to track stock and optimization.
• Provide process improvement recommendations to reduce costs.
