You will oversee controlled substances programs and DEA compliance, driving audits and analytics to improve cost containment and resilience.

The role supports medication safety initiatives, risk mitigation, and education, enabling continuous improvement and strong supply chain performance within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; high school graduate required.
• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• 2+ years of contemporary hospital pharmacy experience required, IV compounding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise-level inventory operations, procurement, formulary alignment and perpetual inventory accuracy.
• Oversees controlled substances programs, diversion prevention, and DEA compliance.
• Conducts advanced audits and reviews to advise on inventory integrity analytics and cost containment.
• Leads system-wide medication safety initiatives, risk mitigation and safety education.
• Facilitates root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
