Job summary

Jabil Florence, KY is seeking an Inventory Control professional responsible for monitoring inventory levels, traceability, and identifying root causes of inaccuracies. You will provide feedback and solutions to the manager to eliminate discrepancies.

Responsibilities include monitoring material transactions, resolving discrepancies, performing cycle counts, and supporting system improvements in materials management. You will collaborate across plant operations and adhere to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or materials management.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Strong computer skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all material transactions for assigned area.
• Identify, resolve, and find root causes of discrepancies.
• Recommend changes to reduce future inaccuracies.
• Be flexible to work overtime and assist in material handling as needed.
• Eliminate downtime in the assigned area.
• Perform regular component cycle counts.
• Perform inventory transactions and reporting on customer systems when required.
• Assist in the development and implementation of materials management systems.
• Interface with departmental supervisors and other functions within plant operations.
• Adhere to safety and health rules and company security policies.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
