Job summary

Salomon in North Beverly is seeking a Full-Time Stock Supervisor responsible for back-of-house operations, receiving large shipments, and maintaining stockroom organization to support a premium customer experience.

You will lead a small team, ensure inventory accuracy, manage RTV processes, and partner with store leadership to maintain merchandise presentation and timely restocks, including weekends and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock or back-of-house roles in high-volume retail environments; supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead all shipment receiving and processing, managing an average of 90+ boxes per week.
• Use cellar door access and back entrances when needed to avoid disruption on the sales floor.
• Ensure shipment flow is organized, labeled, and completed on time to support daily business needs.
• Manage RTV processes to minimize errors and maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the stockroom at all times.
• Mentor associates on stockroom organization, shipment standards, and inventory practices.
