Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Stock Associate to support back-of-house operations, maintain the stockroom, and assist the sales and management teams. You will focus on receiving, inventory control, cycle counts, and preparing stock for the sales floor and annual inventory.

The role partners with Operations to ensure accurate inventory, timely client order processing, and alignment with visual standards while supporting the sales team and vendor stock management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred
• Strong organizational skills and keen eye for detail
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management systems, and audits
• Pro-active, team-centric attitude and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
• Receive and ship product deliveries weekly and report shipping discrepancies
• Process internal product transfers and client orders promptly
• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts and support annual inventory prep
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies and adjustments
• Ensure stockroom and salesfloor meet visual standards and support sales team
• Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors

Summary

The Stock Associate will support back-of-house operations at the boutique, maintaining the stockroom and assisting the sales and management teams. This role reports to the Store Director and partners with Operations to ensure accurate inventory and timely client order processing. Key focus areas include receiving, inventory control, cycle counts and preparing stock for the salesfloor and annual inventory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
• Receive and ship product deliveries on a weekly basis and communicate shipment discrepancies to management and Operations
• Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner
• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts and support annual inventory preparation
• Work with Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments
• Ensure stockroom and salesfloor meet visual standards and support the sales team as needed
• Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury or contemporary retail preferred
• Strong organizational skills and keen eye for detail
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management systems, and inventory audits
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Pro‑active, team‑centric attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
